I was at Joe Kool's with my family the first week of June 2023. The last time I was at Joe Kool's was 33 years ago during my graduation ceremony from the University of Western Ontario.My trip back to my old hometown London, Ontario -- and in the process of Joe Kool's - was meant to show my two boys the place that shaped me to become who I am today. More importantly, Joe Kool's gave me my first job in 1986 - as a newly arrived 19-years old Immigrant with limited conversational English -- and in the process Joe Kool's supported me in my quest to graduate from Western with a Computer Science [Honors] degree in 1990. The coffee was hot, the food was tasty, and the server was great. Very friendly, and humourous. A great breakfast.

This place destroys the idea that only hippies can be vegans. It's a legit sports bar--with a killer vegan menu. Huge portions. Family friendly (at lunchtime, anyway). Amazing service. Thank you for existing!

Had breakfast here this weekend and it was really good! I had an egg white with veggies sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel was sooo fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is very home-y with a mix of tables and chairs and couches to sit at. Bigger on the inside than I expected it to be with some neat decor items to check out like the coffee display and some large vintage signs. Definitely recommend for a yummy inexpensive meal!

My friend and I stopped for a bite here. Our appetizers were good, but I had finished my drink and our waitress was nowhere in sight – nor was the other half of our order. After another 10-15 minutes, she came by our table to let us know our food was coming soon, and that the kitchen was backed up. As she started to walk away, I had to ask her for a refill on my drink. Another 10 minutes passed before a gentleman came over to ask us how everything was. At this point my friend and I had been debating on leaving, so we mentioned to him that we were still waiting on our food. Within three minutes, our food was served. My friend had a goat cheese salad and I had an individual pizza – I had asked for just cheese, but they put pepperoni on it, and it was just barely warm as though it had been waiting to go out. Not the end of the world, but at this point we wanted to leave so we just asked for some takeout containers and our bill.Now, I understand working in a fast-paced industry and that things don't always run smoothly, and while we did appreciate them comping one of our four plates, as well as offering a $6.00 discount, what I did not appreciate was what happened when our waitress brought us our bill. My friend offered to pay for us both, and as I told him I'd pick up the bill, our waitress said I don't do this game

First came with my best friend a while ago, we played pool and board games which they have so many available! It’s a great place to hangout with a few friends or even a group event! Love their drinks and food too!

I debated about a review until I try it for a second time. Atmosphere was calm, music volume was great, customers were respectful. We were seated right away by a very pleasant brunette. Found she was also a server for the main dining room, we were seated near the bar in cute chairs. Loved it. Had placed a drink order with Abby. Placed a food oder when she delivered the drinks. I like to play safe the first time I try a new restaurant. I didnt see any food being returned from other customers, great sign. Food came out hot and enjoyed, wished our server came back we wanted to order more stuff though. She was too busy flirting at the bar with three guys(her only other customers). Had to stop the poor brunette waitress for a refill on my drink. She was the server and bartender for her area. Guess abby wasnt able to handle more then the 5 customers she had, and her phone. Abby only came back to snatch our plates and asked if we require desert, without a desert menu. At this point we were so disppointed with service we just wanted to leave. This is the first time in many years I didnt tip. Food was amazing though. Just wish service was better from her. Still debating wether to try a second time, maybe if the other server had been ours I proba ly could have rated higher.

I had all but given up on going to any Boston Pizza again due to having terrible service experiences at multiple locations. However, this location has made me a fan again!The food was fresh and tasty but what stood out the most was the service we received. Our server Terri was phenomenal! She was upbeat, funny, knowledgeable and took care of us well. We'll be back and asking for her section when we visit.

If you forgot your login password there is no possible way to reset it with out creating a new email dedicated to the soul purpose of playing hockey. Inconvenient. Figure it out and fix this issue, it’s been brought to your attention many times.
